We’ll also promote your home on social media and email to our curated extensive list of local Realtors, home buyers and community members.

 

Negotiations & Sale

After the Open House and other scheduled showings, we’ll review your offers together and counter-offer as necessary. Once you’re officially under contract, we'll guide you to the closing table with the goal of a smooth and seamless experience in mind.

Is preparing and selling my home as easy as it seems on HGTV?

Well, kinda. Though preparing, marketing and selling homes is not rocket science there are lots of moving parts to be successfully executed. We're well-practiced in the process and approach it with a "Keep It Simple" mindset.

What does the process look like?

From the initial meeting to the closing table, the process includes:

  • Gathering data about the property and neighborhood

  • Working together to establish the list price, using comparables

  • Staging both inside and out

  • Preparing the listing documents

  • Scheduling professional photography

  • Entering the property online

  • Scheduling showings

  • Reviewing and negotiating offers

  • Coordinating and negotiating home inspections

  • Assuring all contract deadlines are met

  • Obtaining deposit/s per contract

  • Coordinating the walk-thru and closing

Do I need to enlist the services of an attorney to sell my home?

The short answer is no. Neither New Hampshire nor Maine real estate transfers require an attorney. As licensed Real Estate Agents, we're both schooled and experienced in the successful transfers of numerous transactions over the years. Additionally, as Realtors®, we've sworn an oath to adhere to a Code of Ethics that mandates we practice with integrity.
